Abstract:
Schlussfolgerung: Es existiert erheblicher Forschungsbedarf.

Background: Today the management of a company is seen as a strategic resource. For many reasons managers are undisputedly of immense importance for the success of a company. The preservation of their health and performance should therefore be guaranteed. Executives seem to receive only limited attention both in research on health and nutrition issues and in the relevant measures within the framework of a company health management system. And this despite the fact that they are exposed to special occupational stress. Objectives: The aim of this work was to investigate which interventions for workplace health promotion are practiced for managers, which results are available as evidence and which recommendations on health-promoting food and drink for managers can be derived from them.
Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted on the databases WISO, SpringerLink and PubMed.
Results: There are only few studies on the topic, so that the number of results is extremely low. Publications on specific interventions on nutrition for managers could not be identified.
Conclusion: There is a considerable need for research.
