Als Praktikantin in einer medizinischen Fachbibliothek: Einblicke ins Praktikum in der Ärztlichen Zentralbibliothek (ÄZB) Hamburg

Abstract

Die Autorin beschreibt in ihrem Artikel ihre Erfahrungen im Praktikum an der Ärztlichen Zentralbibliothek (ÄZB) des Universitätsklinikums Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). Besonderes Augenmerk wird dabei auf die Projekte gelegt, an welchen sie während der ersten Monate im Praktikum mitarbeiten durfte. So erhalten Leser:innen einen Einblick in die Orientierungseinheit für Erstsemesterstudierende, die Vorbereitung und Durchführung eines Bücherflohmarktes und ein Projekt im Rahmen der Medienbearbeitung.

In this article the author describes her experiences during an internship in the Central Medical Library (ÄZB) Hamburg, which is affiliated to the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). Particular attention is paid to the projects which she was staffed on during the first months of her internship. This way the reader gets an insight into the medical students’ first weeks of study as well as the process of organizing and implementing a flea market for books and a project in the media processes implementation team.
