Total Productive Maintenance im Lernort Digitale Umformtechnik unter Nutzung von Digitalisierungsansätzen

Abstract

Diese Bachelorarbeit umfasst die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) im Lernort Digitale Umformtechnik, sowie die Entwicklung eines Digitalen Lösungsansatzes einer TPM Applikation. Die Implementierung von TPM wurde durch Maintenance Cards, Meldekarten und regelmäßigen Shopfloor Meeting an einem TPM-Dashboard realisiert. Nach einer Analyse der Stakeholder wurde, unter Verwendung der Scrum Methode, ein Productbacklog und die dazugehörigen User Stories erarbeitet.

This bachelor thesis contains the development and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in the learning site of digital forming technology, furthermore the development of a digital solution for a TPM application. The implemantation of TPM was realized with tools as Maintenance Cards, cards for describing technical difficulties as well as regular Shopfloor Meetings. After an analysis of stakeholder, a product backlog with user stories were developed using the Scrum method
