dc.description.abstract	Physical activity is closely linked to health and well-being, but most adults do not meet their recommended daily activity guidelines. More efforts are required to assist people in adopting healthier lifestyles. Several research studies appear to support the use of wearable devices as a tool to influence healthy behaviour change. This study investigates this further by evaluating the efficacy of the wearable devices in influencing lifestyle factors and the psychological impact of these devices on users.	en
