Dimensionierung eines Sperrwandlers : Spezialgebiet Leistungselektronik

Abstract

Diese Arbeit behandelt die selbstständige Dimensionierung einer Sperrwandlerschaltung, inklusive Auswahl der Bauteile und Entwurf des Platinenlayouts. Im Rahmen der praktischen Leistungen ist ein Transformator selbst zu wickeln. Die Auswahl eines passenden Transformatorkerns sowie der entsprechenden Wickelgüter soll das Hauptthema dieser Arbeit sein. Ferner erfolgt eine Simulation in LTSpice zur Dimensionierung der RC-Schutzschaltung.

This thesis deals with the autonomous dimensioning of a flyback converter circuit, including the selection of components and design of the board layout. As part of the practical work, a transformer is to be wound by the student himself. The selection of a suitable transformer core as well as the appropriate winding materials will be the main topic of this thesis. Furthermore, a simulation is carried out in LTSpice for dimensioning the RC protection circuit.
