dc.description.abstract	This paper describes an approach for user-triggered requirements engineering work in the process of 'Digital Transformation' for Small and Medium Enterprises. This approach was developed over about ten years in transfer projects at a university with the aim to enable staff from business departments without a special information technology training to co-operate with IT staff.	en
