Abstract

Um eine Haltevorrichtung für eine Komponente bereitzustellen, welche ein präzises Einstellen einer Position der Komponente in der Haltevorrichtung ermöglicht, wird eine Haltevorrichtung (100) vorgeschlagen, umfassend- eine Komponentenhalterung (10) zur Aufnahme der Komponente,- eine Translationsbewegungseinrichtung (12) zur translatorischen Bewegung der Komponente (11) entlang dreier lotrechter Achsen (X, Y, Z), und/oder eine Rotationsbewegungseinrichtung (13) zur rotatorischen Bewegung der Komponente (11) um die drei orthogonalen Achsen (X, Y, Z), wobei die Translationsbewegungseinrichtung (12) und/oder die Rotationsbewegungseinrichtung (13) jeweils eine Positionierungseinrichtung zum Einstellen und Ausgeben einer Position (P1) der Komponente (11) in Bezug auf wenigstens drei der translatorischen bzw. rotatorischen Bewegungsrichtungen entlang der drei orthogonalen Achsen (X, Y, Z) bzw. um die drei orthogonalen Achsen (X, Y, Z) aufweisen.
