Abstract:
The increasing complexity and vulnerability of global supply chains, particularly in the automotive industry, have prompted significant concerns regarding supply stability. Recent disruptions, exemplified by the Covid-19 pandemic and the Suez Canal blockade, have underscored the critical need for effective supply chain risk management (SCRM) practices. This paper addresses the existing gap in leveraging diverse data sources to enhance supply chain visibility and resilience.
