The project runs from March 2025 to June 2027 with a total funding volume of €499,859.77. It brings together three academic partners (HAW Hamburg, TUHH, and the University of Hamburg) to investigate IT security and safety challenges in future UAM systems. The project’s goal is to establish a methodological and conceptual foundation for the holistic assessment of system safety and cybersecurity in future UAM operations. Based on a comprehensive system analysis, potential failure and attack scenarios will be identified, modeled, and evaluated to derive possible technical and organizational countermeasures. The findings will serve as the basis for subsequent research projects and contribute to the long-term development of secure and reliable UAM infrastructures. |
