Konzeption und Produktion eines Kurzfilms - Eine praxisorientierte Untersuchung filmischer Techniken und narrativer Gestaltung

Abstract

Die Bachelorarbeit untersucht filmische Techniken und narrative Gestaltungsmittel anhand der Konzeption und Produktion eines dystopischen Kurzfilms mit dem Titel „Drops on a Hot Stone“. Der Inhalt der Arbeit bezieht sich unter anderem auf die Wirkung der visuellen und auditiven Erzählebene sowie der Montage im Kontext narrativer Prinzipien. Das Projekt folgt einem dreiphasigen Produktionsprozess. Eine konstruktive Rückübersetzung anhand des produzierten Kurzfilms veranschaulicht, wie filmische Mittel genutzt werden können, um narrative Tiefe und emotionale Resonanz zu erzeugen. Die Arbeit leistet einen Beitrag zum Verständnis der Symbiose aus Theorie und Praxis in der Filmproduktion und gibt Einblicke in kreative Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten auf visueller und auditiver Ebene.

The bachelor's thesis examines cinematic techniques and narrative design tools based on the conception and production of a dystopian short film entitled “Drops on a Hot Stone”. The content of the thesis refers to the effect of the visual and auditory narrative level as well as the montage in the context of narrative principles. The project follows a three-phase production process. A constructive retranslation based on the produced short film illustrates how filmic means can be used to create narrative depth and emotional resonance. The work contributes to the understanding of the symbiosis of theory and practice in film production and provides insights into the creative design possibilities on a visual and auditory level.
