| Title: | KI-gestützte Kunst- und Musiktherapie in VR | Language: | German | Authors: | Tran, Anh Sang | Issue Date: | 28-Mar-2025 | Abstract: | Virtual Reality (VR) und Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) bieten neue Möglichkeiten zur Unterstützung von kreativen und entspannungsfördernden Anwendungen. Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) offer new opportunities to support creative and relaxation-promoting applications. In this work, a VR prototype was developed that combines central aspects of art and music therapy approaches. It allows users to draw in a three-dimensional VR environment while having singing voices, previously generated by AI, play in the background. The goal was to create a user-friendly application that contributes to relaxation. The effectiveness was examined in a user study, which included measuring the subjective feeling of relaxation before and after use. 80% of the participants reported an increase in their relaxation. Additionally, the intuitive control as well as the interplay of artistic expression and auditory feedback of the prototype were positively evaluated. The results demonstrate the potential of VR to combine art and music therapy elements in an interactive, immersive environment. While small optimization potentials, particularly in AI-supported audio generation, were identified, the positive feedback confirms the effectiveness of the concept and its suitability as a supportive method for promoting relaxation and creative expression. |
