dc.description.abstractCritical infrastructures like power grids are vulnerable to cyber attacks, necessitating robust intrusion detection next to their certificate system. This paper proposes a decentralized system using robust identity tokens based on device behavior and attributes. Hamming similarity is used to detect anomalies in the tokens, achieving 96% accuracy in a testbed evaluation. The identity tokens shall be used for identity management as well as intrusion detection.en
