Personensuche im Kontext von Enterprise 2.0

Abstract

Diese Arbeit verfolgt zwei Ziele. Als erstes verschafft diese Arbeit einen Einblick in die Bekanntheit und Beliebtheit von Social Software anhand von Statistiken und Fallstudien. Das Ziel dabei ist, die Akzeptanz von Social Software bei den Normalverbrauchern und im Unternehmen zu veranschaulichen. Das zweite Ziel der Arbeit ist, eine Komponente einer Suchmaschine zu entwickeln, die für Mitarbeiter eines Unternehmens im Intranet nach relevanten Personen sucht. Die gefundenen Personen sollen wiederum nach Interessen und Fähigkeiten navigiert werden können. Für die Realisierung der Suchmaschine wird eine geeignete Architektur ausgearbeitet. Diese wird anschließend in die Praxis umgesetzt.

This bachelor thesis was written with two aims in mind. For one, it provides an insight into the degree of awareness and popularity that social software enjoys, using the tools of statistics and case studies. In this context, the aim is to illustrate the acceptance of social software among normal users and enterprises. The second aim is to create a component of a search engine that helps the staffers of an enterprise to search the Intranet for persons relevant to their needs. The persons found in this manner should be navigable along the lines of their interests and abilities. In order to realise such a search engine, an appropriate acrhitecture is worked out. In a next step, it is put to practice.
