Evaluation der Effektivität von Qualitätsmanagement in Zahnarztpraxen am Beispiel des dental-qm®-Konzeptes

Abstract

Die Einführung eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QM-System) ist ein komplexes Vorhaben, das Veränderungen für die Organisation als auch für die Mitarbeiter mit sich bringt. Die vorliegende quantitative Studie untersucht summativ die Effektivität von Qualitätsmanagement (QM) in Zahnarztpraxen am Beispiel des dental-qm® -Konzeptes. Die Themenschwerpunkte umfassen die Praxisorganisation, die Zufriedenheit des Praxisteams, die Wirtschaftsdaten sowie eine abschließende Beurteilung der QM-Einführung.

Introduction of a quality management system is a complex endeavor entailing changes to the organization as well as employees. This quantitative empirical study is a summativ investigates of the effectiveness of quality management (QM) in dental practices using - as an example - the concept of dental-qm®. Covered are the organization, practice-team job satisfaction and business statistics of the practice, as well as a concluding assessment regarding introduction of the QM system.
