Gesundheitliche Aufklärung als notwendige Strategie für Empowerment von migrierten Sexarbeiterinnen

Abstract

Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Möglichkeiten und der praktischen Umsetzung der gesundheitlichen Aufklärung für den Empowerment-Ansatz in der Gesundheitsförderung bei migrierten Sexarbeiterinnen. Der hohe Stellenwert dieses Ansatzes und ein hoher Bedarf bei dieser Zielgruppe werden mit Hilfe der Untersuchungen im Rahmen des Projektes Indoors und der Berichte belegt. Zur Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit der gesundheitlichen Aufklärung auf Empowerment-Prozesse wird die quantitative Datenbankanalyse durchgeführt. Drei qualitative Experteninterviews ergänzen die Befunde und bringen eine Vielzahl an Erkenntnissen im Bezug auf die Relevanz der gesundheitlichen Aufklärung für den Empowerment-Ansatz. Schlussfolgerungen: Die Notwendigkeit der gesundheitlichen Aufklärung für Empowerment bei den migrierten Sexarbeiterinnen ist bestätigt. Die Analyse zeigt, dass der Empowerment-Ansatz als zielgruppenorientierte Ressourcenförderung zu verstehen ist. Die Aufklärungsmaßnahmen sollen unter Berücksichtigung der Einflussfaktoren, die die Empowerment-Prozesse bewirken, an die Zielgruppe angepasst sein. Die Kompetenzen der Gesundheitsförderer spielen dabei eine wichtige Rolle.

This thesis examines the possibilities and practice health information for the empowerment approach in health promotion with migrant sex workers. As proven in studies of the Indoors project and the reports, this concept is of high importance and highly required by the target group. For the examination effectiveness of the health clarification on Empowerment processes the quantitative data bank analysis is carried out. Three qualitative expert interviews complete the findings and bring a huge number of knowledge to the requirement of the health information for the Empowerment approach. Conclusions: The need of the health information for Empowerment with migrated sex workers is proven. The analysis points up that the Empowerment approach should be geared to the target group and the personal resources of the individuals. The clarification measures should be adapted to the target group and the factors of influence which cause Empowerment processes should be considered. Besides, the competence of the health promoters plays an important role.
