Diese müssen in die bereits vorhandene Systemlandschaft der Unternehmen integriert werden. Aus diesem Grund wird in dieser Bachelorarbeit mit Hilfe einer empirischen Analyse ein Konzept zur Integration des Case Managements in das Business Portal von Beiersdorf entworfen und ein Pilot in der Testumgebung implementiert.	de
dc.description.abstract	Working e ciently and e ectively is signi cant in today’s economy. Therefore userfriendly IT systems are required. These have to be integrated into the system landscape of companies. For this reason a concept for the integration of the case management into the Beiersdorf business portal has been designed in this bachelor thesis using an empirical analysis. As a result a pilot has been implemented into the test environment.	en
