dc.description.abstract | Das Verfahren der photoakustischen Spektroskopie bietet durch immer kleinere und leistungsfähigere Mikroelektronik neue Anreize zur Verwendung in vielfältigen Bereichen der Gasanalytik. Ein spezieller Bereich stellt dabei der Einsatz in der Medizintechnik und hier in der Früherkennung beispielsweise von Lugenkrebs dar. Um dieses Messverfahren in medizintechnischen Apparaturen günstiger und massentauglich produzieren zu können, bedarf es der Optimierung hin zu kleineren Analysatoren. dc.description.abstract | The method of photoacoustic spectroscopy offers by ever smaller and more powerful microelectronics new incentives for use in various areas of gas analysis. A special area is represented by the use in medical and here especially in the early detection of lung cancer. To produce this measurement method suitable for mass production and cheaper in medical equipment, optimization is required to smaller analyzers. This work deals with the development of a microcontroller-controlled photoacoustic measurement system based on a digital MEMS microphone and the testing of new signal processing alternatives. | en |
