dc.description.abstract	This study looks at the strategies for tuberculosis control in this specific group and describes the published methods of screening, with emphasis on the strengths and limitations of screening and finally proposes an overview for future modifications in order to improve screening and TB control. In addition, it aims to compile and compare the different approaches that have been taken by other international countries and to select and recommend a pragmatic approach for Germany.	en
