Prozesskontrolle für ein mittelständiges Unternehmen

Abstract

Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Prozesskontrolle für ein mittelständiges Unternehmen mit Sitz in Deutschland und Fertigungsdienstleistungen in Schwellenländern. Hierfür wird der Prozess zur Produktionsüberwachung und -erfassung, die in den Schwellenländern erfolgen, analysiert und optimiert. Die Transparenz und die Prozessgeschwindigkeit soll gesteigert werden. Die Mitarbeiter haben keine Möglichkeit, in den Fabriken das ERP-System des Unternehmens zu nutzen. Deswegen wurde eine Anwendung entwickelt, die den Arbeitsaufwand für sie reduziert und den Produktionsstand transparenter darstellt.

This paper is about process controlling for a medium-sized company with registered seat in Germany and manufacturing services in emerging economies. For this purpose the process of production monitoring and recording, which takes place in emerging economies, is analyzed and optimized to enhance the transparency and process speed. Since the employees can not access the ERP system of the company when they are in the factories, an application was developed to reduce the workload and to increase the transparency of the production status.
