Abstract

Geschäftsmodelle sind enorm wichtig für Unternehmen und Organisationen. Mithilfe eines Werkzeugs zur Entwicklung innovativer Geschäftsmodelle, dem Business Model NavigatorTM, wird ein Geschäftsmodell für das HAWAI Projekt erstellt. Diese Thesis enthält viele betriebswirtschaftliche Grundlagen, Workshops, sowie das Design des Geschäftsmodells für das Forschungsprojekt.

Business models are extremely important for companies and organisations. Using a tool for the development of innovative business models, the Business Model navigatorTM, the business model for the HAWAI project is created. This thesis contains many business fundamentals, workshops, as well as the design of the business model for the research project.
