„Preparing for the Future“- Entwicklung eines E-Learning-Moduls für den (Bio-) Handel zum Thema „Partizipation“ zur Verwendung im Rahmen eines EU-Projekts

Abstract

Diese Arbeit wurde für das EU-Projekt „Preparing for the Future“ erstellt. Das Projekt gründet sich auf der These, dass soziale und ethische Aspekte im (Bio-) Handel einen geringen Stellenwert haben. Aus diesem Grund soll ein E-Learning-Kurs für Akteure in der Handelsbranche entstehen, der sich mit der „guten Unternehmenspraxis“ im Handel beschäftigt. Ziel dieser Bachelorarbeit ist die Erstellung eines Skriptes für die Entwicklung von E-Learning-Inhalten. Als inhaltliches Beispiel dient das Thema Partizipation im Sinne des Mitspracherechts der Beschäftigten. Es wird aufgezeigt, warum Partizipation Teil der sozialen Verantwortung eines Unternehmens ist, welche Formen der Partizipation es gibt, wie die Umsetzung im Betrieb erfolgen kann und inwiefern sowohl die Mitarbeiter als auch das Unternehmen davon profitieren können. Mithilfe dieser Informationen sowie theoretischen Grundlagen zur Gestaltung von E-Learning ist ein beispielhaftes E-Learning-Kapitel entstanden, das im Projekt weiterverwendet wird.

This paper was created for the EU project "Preparing for the Future". The project is based on the thesis that social and ethical aspects have a low priority in the (organic) retail trade. For this reason, the project partners built up an e-learning course for players in the retail sector that deals with the subject of "good organic retailing practice". The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a script for the development of e-learning content. The issue of participation in the sense of employee co-determination serves as a substantial example. The paper points out why participation is part of the social responsibility of a company, which kind of forms of participation exist, how participation can be implemented within a company and how this can lead to benefits for both employees and the company. Using this knowledge as well as theoretical basics for the design of e-learning-content, an exemplary e-learning chapter was created that will be further used in the context of the project.
