Abstract

Diese Arbeit umfasst die Entwicklung und Implemetierung einer Hubtischsteuerung auf einer Schubplattform. Diese fährt positionsabhängig, durch Nutzung eines Barcodepositioniersystems, verschiedene Hubhöhen an. Die Kommunikation zu der zentralen Steuerung, welche auch die Visualisierung beinhaltet, erfolgt über das Industrial-WLAN der Siemens AG. Die Thesis beinhaltet die Anforderungsanalyse sowie das daraus entwickelte Hardwarekonzept. Desweiteren wird ein modular aufgebautes Steuerungsprogramm entwickelt. Abschließend wird die Software an einem nach dem entwickelten Hardwarekonzept aufgebauten Testaufbau in Betrieb genommen, getestet und gegebenenfalls optimiert.

This paper comprises the development and implementation of a lift table control on a platform. This control drives in different lifting positions depending on the position, by using a barcode positioning system. The communication to the central controller, which also includes the visualization, will be realized with the Industril-WLAN of the Siemens AG. The thesis comprises the requirements analysis as well as the hardware concept developed from them. Furthermore, a modular control program is developed. Finally, the software will be commissioned, tested and if necessary optimized on a test construction, which is built in accordance with the designed hardware concept.
