Eine empirische Studie zum Stand von agilerSoftware-Entwicklung in der Praxis

Abstract

Der Inhalt dieser Arbeit stellt die Untersuchung zum Stand agiler Softwareentwicklung dar. Hierzu werden sowohl die Abhängigkeiten der traditionellen Vorgehensmodelle sowie der agilen Methoden berücksichtigt. Im Zuge der weiteren Verbreitung von agilen Verfahren wird auf die Herausforderung der Implementierung sowie auf dieweitere Adaption eingegangen. Zur Darstellung der aktuellen Lage bestehender Teams wird hierzu eine empirische Untersuchung präsentiert. Das Ergebnis stellt Konsequenzen zur Herangehensweise zur Verfolgung von agilen Verfahren dar.

This thesis presents a study of a practical state of the agile software development. In conclusion of that statement the depedendency of the traditional as well as the agile models are required. Therefore, this document shows how a transition and continous adaption of agile development can look like. To support the understanding of this challenges this work shows a practical study to the current state agile grade. The final result is the presentation of consequences in the agile method aproach.
