Entwicklung eines Organisationskonzepts zur Integration eines theoretischen Rollenmodells in die bestehende Linienorganisation eines internationalen Produktionsnetzwerks für Flugzeugüberholung

Abstract

In dieser Arbeit wird eine organisationale Anpassung der existierenden Strukturen eines Flugzeugüberholungsnetzwerks im Rahmen der Einführung eines neuen Prozessmanagement-Rollenmodells konzeptionell entwickelt. Der Diskurs wissenschaftlich relevanter Themen sowie eine empirische Untersuchung zum Thema Prozessmanagement bilden den wissenschaftlichen Rahmen. Darauf basierend wird ein Lösungskonzept entwickeln, welches abschließend in Form einer Handlungsempfehlung für die neue Organisationsstruktur ausgesprochen wird.

In this master thesis an existing organizational structure should be fitted to ensure the launch of a new process management role model. Therefore the introduction of the most important theoretic topics and an empirically study represent the scientific fundament. Building on this, the new organizational concept is developed and described.
