Ernährung und HautEntwicklung einer Fortbildungsreihe für Kosmetikerinnen

Abstract

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird eine berufliche Fortbildung für Kosmetikerinnen entwickelt. Die dargestellte Schulungsreihe beschäftigt sich mit dem Zusammenhang von Ernährung und Haut. Einleitend liefert die Arbeit ein grundlegendes Konzept für Veranstaltungen in der Erwachsenenbildung. Dieses Konzept findet exemplarische Anwendung in einer detaillierten Ausführung der dritten Lerneinheit, welche einen kompletten Ablaufplan, die angestrebten Lernziele, geeignete Methoden und Unterrichtsmaterial beinhaltet.

Within the paper at hand it is developed a further vocational training for cosmeticians. The presented trainings-sequence deals with the connection of nutrition and skin. By the way of introduction the paper gives a basic didactical concept for adulteducational-events. This concept finds an exemplary application in a detailed elaboration of unit three, which includes the complete course, the aimed objectives, suitable methods and educational material.
