Die kosovarische IT-Strategie : Untersuchung zur Umsetzung und Auswirkung

Abstract

Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit analysiert die IT-Strategie des Kosovos, die basierend auf das Innovationsmodell der Triple-Helix erstellt wurde. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt in der Untersuchung des Aufbaus und der Auswirkungen der IT-Strategie. Dazu werden u.a. einige Arbeitspakete der IT-Strategie untersucht. Mit Hilfe von entsprechenden Stakeholdern werden die Auswirkungen der Arbeitspakete erfasst und mit dem IT-Barometer abgeglichen.

This bachelor thesis analyses the IT strategy of Kosovo based on the innovation model of the triple helix. A special focus is on the analysis of the structure and effects of the IT strategy. Among other things, this includes some work packages of the IT strategy are examined. With the help of appropriate stakeholders, the effects of the work packages are recorded and compared with the IT barometer.
