Konzeption und prototypische Implementierung einer Anwendungsschnittstelle zur Ausschreibung eines verschreibungspflichtigen Rezeptes in digitaler Form

Abstract

In dieser Bachelorarbeit wird ein Konzept für die digitale Verordnung von verschreibungspflichtigen Medikamenten und die Umsetzung eines Prototyps ausgearbeitet. Als Grundlage für das Konzept werden zuerst aktuelle Begrifflichkeiten, Fachausdrücke, Abläufe im Gesundheitssystem erläutert und Informationen zum Thema E-Health und Digitalisie-rung zusammengetragen. Im Konzeptteil wird der gesamte Ablauf, von der Rezept-Ausstellung bis zur -einlösung, erläutert. Für eine optimale Nutzung der Konzeption werden die zur Verfügung gestellten Software-Funktionen festgehalten und für die praktische Umsetzung priorisiert. Im Anschluss erfolgt die Implementierung des Prototyps. Hier wird ausschließlich die Rezept-Ausstellung realisiert. Dazu wird die Umsetzung einer Android App, einer Website basierend auf React und eine relationale Datenbank, so wie ihre Anbindung in Form einer API, behandelt. Diese Arbeit wurde im Zeitraum vom 01.01.2019 bis 12.03.2019 erstellt.

In this bachelor’s thesis a concept for the prescription of drugs is created and a corresponding prototype is developed. Beginning with the definition of the relevant terms and an explanation of the common routines concerning the German health system this paper combines infor-mation about e-health and digitalization. The whole process of the drug prescription up to its redeem is described. For an efficient use of the developed concept the provided software func-tions are recorded and prioritized for their practical implementation. This is followed by the implementation of the prototype. Therefor only the recipe exhibition is taken into consideration. For this, the implementation of an Android app, a website based on React and a relational database, as well as their connection in the form of an API are discussed. This thesis was created in the period from 01.01.2019 to 12.03.2019.
