Entwicklung eines Systems zur Messwerterfassung und Datenaufzeichnung mit GPRS-Übertragung für eine Vakuumeinheit

Abstract

Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Komponentenüberwachung eines Vakuumsystems, in diesem Fall einer Vakuumtoilette. Mit einem GPRS-fähigen Datenlogger werden die Systemzustände mit Hilfe verschiedener Sensoren und Schnittstellen erfasst, in eine Logdatei aufgenommen und an einen FTP-Server in bestimmten Zeitintervallen oder ereignisgesteuert übertragen. Die Logdateien werden in CSV-Format abgespeichert. So kann die Datenauswertung mit dem Programm Microsoft Office Excel von jedem PC aus durchgeführt werden.

Inside this report is the description of a vacuum system monitoring, in this case, a vacuum toilet. The system states are detected with the help of various sensors and interfaces in a data logger. After data recording in a log file it will be send to the FTP server by a GSM/GPRS module at specific time intervals or event controlled. The logs are saved in CSV format. So the data analysis can be performed using the tool Microsoft Office Excel by any PC.
