Integration des elektronischen Lieferscheinportals ELSE in das Dokumentenmanagementsystem DOXiS4

Abstract

Der effektive Umgang mit jeglicher Art von Informationen ist für Unternehmen von zentraler Bedeutung. Im heutigen Zeitalter der Digitalisierung sind Informationen nicht mehr in Papierform, sondern fast ausschließlich in digitaler Form zugänglich. Das moderne Kunstwort für den Umgang mit diesen digitalen Informationen lautet Enterprise-Content-Management (ECM). Im Rahmen dieser Bachelorarbeit wird der Webservice ELSE in das Kernprodukt “DOXiS4 iECM-Suite“ der Firma SER Solutions Deutschland GmbH integriert. Anhand der Schnittstellen des Webservices und der ECM-Suite werden die Möglichkeiten und Vorteile der Integration analysiert. An-schließend folgt eine Umsetzung der Integration mit einem entsprechenden Schwerpunkt.

The effective use of any kind of information has always been of prime importance for companies. In this age of digitization information are no longer available on pa-per, but rather almost exclusively in digital form. The modern concept for dealing with this digital information is Enterprise-Content-Management (ECM). Within this thesis the web service ELSE is integrated into the core product "DOXiS4 iECM-Suite" of the company SER Solutions Germany GmbH. On the basis of the interfaces of the web service and the ECM suite, the possibilities and advantages of the integration are analyzed. Followed by an implementation of the integration with a correspond-ing focus.
