Entwicklung und Konstruktion eines verstellbaren Vorrichtungsspanners im Fahrzeugprototypenbau

Abstract

Diese Bachelorthesis behandelt die Konstruktion eines verstellbaren Vorrichtungsspanners für den Bereich des Prototypenbaus in der Automobilindustrie. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der methodischen Konstruktion des Spanners unter Berücksichtigung des derzeitigen Ist-Zustandes, des Marktes und einer Patent-Recherche. In der methodischen Konstruktion soll anhand einer Analyse der benötigten Funktionen ein Teillösungskatalog in Form eines morphologischen Kastens ermittelt werden. Aus den gewählten Teillösungen werden drei Komplettlösungen gebildet und anschließend einer Wertung unterzogen. Entsprechend der Wertung wird die vorteilhafteste Variante gewählt und auf ihre Festigkeit hin ausgelegt. Die fertige Konstruktion wird im Anschluss auf ihre Wirtschaftlichkeit im Vergleich zu den bestehenden Vorrichtungsspannern verglichen.

The bachelor thesis deals with the construction of an adjustable clamp in the area of prototype construction in the automobile industry. This bachelor thesis focuses on the methodic construction of the clamp in consideration of the current situation, market and a patent research. In the methodic construction a catalogue of partial solutions is to be created in the shape of a morphological box. Based on the morphological box, three complete solutions are created and evaluated. According to the evaluation, the most advantageous variant is chosen and designed in regards to component strength. Finally the completed construction is compared to existing clamps in terms of profitability.
