Untersuchung der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Realisierbarkeit einer dezentralen Alkohol Rektifikationsanlage für die Herstellung von Desinfizier-Gel in Peru

Abstract

In dieser Arbeit wird die Herstellung von Desinfizier-Gel mit Zuckerrohr als Rohstoff dargestellt. Dafür wird eine Rektifikationsanlage die Zeit vielen Jahren außer Betrieb steht untersucht. Die zusätzlichen Apparate des Prozesses werden an die Leistung dieser Rektifikationsanlage angepasst. Als Schlussfolgerung wird erkannt, dass die Produktion von Desinfizier-Gel in Peru sehr niedrige kosten erzielen kann. Ein Gewinn mit der Vermarktung dieses Produktes ist höchstwahrscheinlich möglich.

This report explains the production of disinfecting gel with sugar cane as Raw material. As part of this research a rectification plant that has been out of duty for a long time will be analysed. The remaining Equipment will be adapted to the performance of the Rectification tower. In conclusion this report supports the business case to produce disinfecting gel in Peru since the production costs are low, and the possibility of gaining a return of investing with good marketing is high.
