Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es einen Proof of Concept für eine intelligente Kundenfeedback Lösung für den stationären Handel zu liefern. Durch den Einsatz von Bluetooth Low Energy Beacons soll eine Android App auf dem Kundensmartphone eigenständig Beratungskontakte zwischen Kunden und Servicemitarbeitern erkennen können, um situationsrelevante Feedback-Aufforderungen zu ermöglichen.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a proof of concept for an intelligent customer feedback solution for brick and mortar stores. An Android App on the customer’s smartphone is, through the use of Bluetooth low energy beacons, supposed to autonomously identify consultations between customers and service personnel in order to enable feedback requests which are relevant to the situation.
