Abstract

Diese Bachelorthesis behandelt die methodische Entwicklung und Konstruktion eines Getriebeprüfstands für das Labor Maschinenelemente und Tribologie. Mit dem Prüfstand soll es möglich sein den Wirkungsgrad von Stirnradgetrieben in Abhängigkeit von der Drehzahl und der Betriebstemperatur zu ermitteln. Die Schwerpunkte liegen dabei auf folgenden Punkten: - Situationsanalyse - Herausarbeiten von Anforderungen - Konzipieren mehrerer Varianten - Konkretisieren und Auswählen - Entwerfen und Auslegen der mechanischen Komponenten mit CAD - Erstellen der technischen Dokumentation

This bachelor thesis deals with the methodical development and construction of a transmission test bench for the laboratory machine elements and tribology. With the test bench it should be possible to determine the efficiency factor of spur gears dependent on the revolution speed and the working temperature. The mean focus is on the following points: - Situation Analysis - Elaborate the requirements - Generate several concepts - Concretize and select - Designing and dimension the mechanical component with CAD - Create the technical documentation
