dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to provide a proof of concept for an intelligent customer feedback solution for brick and mortar stores. An Android App on the customer’s smartphone is, through the use of Bluetooth low energy beacons, supposed to autonomously identify consultations between customers and service personnel in order to enable feedback requests which are relevant to the situation.en
